When I first heard of mindfulness practice I was not sure what to think. Part of me really liked the message behind the practice and then the other part of me was thinking how simple it was and shouldn't we all being doing it already. Once I began to read and learn about mindfulness techniques and put them to practice, I really saw the power it has.
